Fiber Perfect™ promotes normal bowel function, increases stool bulk and the growth of beneficial intestinal microflora. Contents: 180 caps Ingredients: Magnesium stearate. Capsule consists of gelatin. Recuse: Take 3-6 capsules approximately 1/2 hour before breakfast with a full glass of water. You may repeat 3-6 capsules approximately 2 hours after dinner, again with a full glass of water.
