One the most serious of health problems men suffer from is heart disease. According to research, heart disease claims more men's death than any other disease currently. The main causes of heart disease stem from unbalanced diets and over-eating of fatty sugar and cholesterol foods, smoking too much and drinking too must alcohol. As a result, it is predicted that one in five men can expect to die from heart disease before they are 75 years old. To combat and reduce the chance of developing heart disease, aim to keep healthy by having a balanced diet by cutting back on fat and cholesterol and avoid smoking and reduce alcohol consumption to recommended levels.
