Preventing Heart Disease Article
One the most serious of health problems women suffer from is heart disease. The main causes of heart disease stem from unbalanced diets and over-eating of fatty sugar and cholesterol foods, smoking too much and drinking too must alcohol. To combat and reduce the chance of developing heart disease, aim to keep healthy by having a balanced diet by cutting back on fat and cholesterol and avoid smoking and reduce alcohol consumption to recommended levels.
