Testicular Problems
Another health problem which men suffer is testicular problems as they get older and become more dangerous they are left untreated by either medication of surgery. Like breast cancer in women, testicular problems can cause painful side-affects for men and can lead to the scrotum to swell up which maybe painful for the men. There are currently effective medications which can clear up any infection at an early stage but the longer left untreated, the more problems you are likely to have, so having them checked is needed and recommended by a doctor on a regular basis.Torsion of the testis
This is when the spermatic cord is twisted (torsion) and can be very painful for men within a few hours of happening. Spontaneous untwisting sometimes occurs, but treatment is usually by surgery and medication is needed. Torsion of the testis usually occurs in puberty.Inflammation of the testis (orchitis)
